COURSE MATERIAL: Day 1: Coffee foundations, supply chains and farming. Point of Sale and Customer Service. Day 2: Learning the correct techniques of steaming milk. Day 3: Espresso 101. Day 4: Espresso, milk and pouring. Day 5: Cafe day and more practice! Guest speakers to be announced!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 18 years or older

  • Drug and Alcohol Free

  • Valid State ID

  • Ability to meet physical requirements

  • Meet attendance requirements timely

  • No prior experience necessary
