COURSE MATERIAL: Tentative Schedule: Day 1: Coffee foundations, supply chains and farming. Point of Sale and Customer Service. Milk Steaming. Day 2: Espresso 101 and bar flow. Day 3: Working in teams, cold brew, matcha and more! Day 4: Food Handler Certificate. Day 5: Cafe day and more practice!

  • Meet attendance requirements timely

  • No prior experience necessary

  • Drug and Alcohol Free

  • Required to have completed Coffee Connections programming previously.
